How to post video

Amanda asked about how to put a video in a post ('embed'). We tried it out and had a bit of trouble using the regular way. However, I think I've figured it out now. Here are the steps:

1. Go to a video on somewhere like YouTube (the one I've given above can be found by following this link).
2. On that page, find 'embed' (near top right and the user name 'casualtyofdesign').
3. Copy the code in the box, which starts with ...object width="425"...
4. Paste that code into Microsoft Word and copy again.
5. Click on 'New Post' in your Dashboard.
6. Paste the code you copied from Word.
7. Write some comments about the video and click publish - you're ready to go!

If you don't want to put any videos on yourself, you can watch the one above, from a typical sushi restuarant in Tokyo. This is like the kind of place I used to go for my lunch in my teaching job there.
